We're into the final hours! Let's kick off with another peek at some of the incoming artwork. 

The Legion is one of my favourite myths, so it's great to see them dragged into reality through Alec's art. 

I also did a video running through the travel and time procedures of the game.

As always it really helps if people are able to spread the word of this campaign, and thanks to everybody who has done so already.

Final 9 Days (plus a new spread and a stream)

We're going into the final 9 days of the campaign, and again I wanted to thank everybody who's backed the book so far and been spreading the word.

Tonight at 9pm GMT I'll be streaming a short guide to running the game, especially the hex-crawling procedure. I'll try to answer any questions that come up during the stream, so come along if you had something to ask.

Also, here's one of the spreads with some shiny new artwork. Great stuff by Alec, as always.

Next week the editing of the book begins, so I'm bracing myself. Here's hoping a few more backers jump on board to ease the pain!

Two Milestones! And a vision of the City.

We've surpassed £200,000 and are approaching 4,000 backers, both huge milestones for this project. Thanks again to everybody who's bravely hopped on board already.

I've had a few queries about the City Quest, which is hinted at throughout the Quickstart. While it's a purpose close to the heart of every Knight, it's also widely seen as sort of impossible to achieve, but that shouldn't stop you trying!

In fact, there is a secret extra Myth, with slightly different implementation, at the back of the Myth section in the complete book.

Of course, you'll need to reach the rank of Knight Radiant to even be considered worthy for this task, not something easily achieved in a lifetime. It'll be interesting to hear how often this actually makes it to the table.

Thanks again to everybody who's backed this. I'll be showing a preview of some yet unseen artwork in a few days, but in the meantime there's just another quick update. 

While I'll answer any questions asked here in the comments, I'm doing an AMA on Reddit tonight, so check it out if you have a question or want to see what other people ask.

Mythic Bastionland will Become Reality

Right. That's a pretty good first 24 hours!

A huge thank you to everybody who backed this project so early. It's great to see so many people excited about the game.

Let's indulge in a little exploration of the numbers for this project so far:

• Beat the funding goal in 5 minutes
• Beat the total funding of Electric Bastionland in the first hour
• Beat the total funding of Into the Odd Remastered in the first day

There's not much more to update on at this early stage, but I wanted to say thanks to everybody who's making this possible. Behind the scenes I'm continuing to polish up the writing and Alec is making the artwork. I'll be sure to share more of that as it gets finalised.

Until then, it's always useful if people can spread the word, and don't forget you can already start making Realms, rolling up Knights, and playing the game using the Quickstart.
